Either before or after the insurance claim has been lodged, we will need to take some images of the damage to your vehicle. Once the claim has been lodged, and we have received claim details, we will send the images and estimate electronically to the insurance company for assessment. When the estimate has been assessed and authorised for repair, we will call you to make a booking for the repairs to be carried out.
We can provide assistance with lodging claims. Most insurance companies offer phone lodgement, alternatively, sending in a completed claim form, online or with your insurance broker, will generate a claim.
